This is a list of papers, publications and curriculum that I have created/authored over the years.
As a Software Technical Trainer
- Developed curriculum for a 20 hour Java course. This included decks and hands-on exercises as well as formative and summative assessments.
- Developed curriculum and project material for a microservice module as part of full stack development course.
- Developed curriculum for a Spring Boot module as part of a full stack development course.
As a Software Engineer
- Wrote extensive JavaDocs for various Java libraries while working in the code reuse group in General Motors.
- Wrote startup/shutdown procedures for the Foodservice Navigator application for use by the IT support staff working at a co-location facility.
- Wrote setup procedures for installing and configuring the Foodservice Navigator application, including the setup and installation of the necessary Oracle instances.
- Wrote the documentation for the Watchdog engine monitoring system for use by FSN customers. (See the Watchdog portfolio page for more information on this project.)
As an Electronics Technician
- Co-authored a white paper on silicon wafer plasma etch methods titled: A New Methodology to Baseline and Match AME Polysilicon Etcher Using Advanced Diagnostic Tools which can be found here.
- Authored and published operations and maintenance manuals for the Phoenix Vacuum Drying System used by the Palo Verde nuclear generating station.
- Developed, authored and published curriculum for a plasma etch training program and equipment preventive maintenance schedules while managing a maintenance contract with Motorola. This was directly responsible for raising customer equipment up-times by 60%.
- Co-authored and developed testing procedures for the propulsion firing control fixture for the Space Station Freedom program while working at NASA's White Sands Test Facility.
