The following is a detailed list of my work experience with electronics and electronic related fields.

February 2004 - February 2008
  • Worked on building various plasma etch and deposition machines for semiconductor industry. Wired electrical panels for plasma etch machines. Decreased product build errors by 54% by implementing organizational procedures.

Electronic Technician

January 2004 - February 2004
  • Worked on a 7 week contract to help build product manufacture automation equipment. Duties included wiring of electrical panels and assembly of pre-fabricated frames and chassis.

Electromechanical Technician

  • Worked on a 5 week contract to help in the assembly of semiconductor equipment. Duties included wiring of PLC systems and manufacture of liquid delivery systems.

Field Service Contract Manager

  • Managed a contract with Motorola to service and maintain their plasma etch machines as well as refurbishment of used plasma etch equipment. Raised equipment up-time percentages from 34% to 92% in four months by supporting and coordinating equipment maintenance needs with technicians and customer managers.

Field Service Technician

  • Worked as a plasma etch technician rebuilding used plasma etch machines that are used in the making of computer chips. Raised equipment up-time to 90% from the expected rate of 45% by fabricating a temporary cable harness to replace a damaged one from scratch. Raised customer equipment up-times by developing and conducting training programs and improving efficiency of equipment preventative maintenance schedules.

  • Worked on Space Shuttle fleet leader program as well as the Space Station Freedom program. Also tested various off the shelf commercial satellite engines for companies like General Electric.

  • Initially worked on maintenance of ground tracking equipment for the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP). My last year in the Air Force, I worked on the Defense Support Program (DSP) satellite early warning system. Received Honorable Discharge from the Air Force after 4 years of service.
